Muffins

What you will need:

  1. 1/4 cup applesauce
  2. 1/2 cup almond milk
  3. 1/4 cup canola oil
  4. 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  7. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. Optional: 1 cup blueberries, chocolate chips or cranberries (fresh or dried)

Combine the applesauce, almond milk and oil.  Next stir in the flour, sugar, baking soda, lemon juice and salt.  Add the optional fruit or chocolate chips. Cook 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.

**Ensure all ingredients used are allergen free.
